Ben Whitam


Ben Whitham is a cyber security entrepreneur and engineer. He has co-founded several Australian cyber security companies, including M5 Network Security and Penten. He discharged from the Army in 2007, after serving 15 years in RASigs. Ben spent the next 8 years working in the DSOC helping to design and build some of the first cyber security systems for Defence. During that time he also worked in a small team inventing and delivering the iLOBS. His recent focus has been on building products that use AI to create realistic mimics of cyber networks to simplify the use of cyber deception and cyber ranges.
